"I would happily recommend Playtime nursery to parents. All staff have made us and our son feel very reassured, always been approachable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We feel very confident in the care our son receives whilst at nursery and the staff are consistently good in ensuring we have detailed feedback at the end of the day about what Jacob has been doing. We don't ever feel he has been lost in the crowd. Jacob loves going to nursery too, I don't think he's ever said he doesn't want to go! He always comes home with stories about what he has been doing, who he's been playing with. The staff were very supportive at settling him in when he started and he will always talk about playing with Evonne or Cassia during the day or them helping him with a task, and he doesn't stop talking about the soft play! Shareen has been great too - very approachable and welcoming and that seems to be the ethos of the nursery overall."
